Myntra - Duplicate product sold by seller and not been picked up by myntra

I have purchased this one saree from myntra. Description showed, its as kanchipura saree, but I received a duplicate synthetic saree without any brand name and tag.
I had registered return request on the same day of delivery, but wen delivery partner came for pickup. He declined the pickup, he said you have register complaint as this product does not have any tags and brand name on it.
After complaint with Myntra the are just keep asking for pics. But i wan not able to upload on there portal, it was showing some error. So i have called the regarding this and mailed same pic and asked them to upload it your end. But its have been more the one week my product not been picked up till now.
As per conversation dated **.**.** had with there customer representative, got to know that seller have put it on hold.
As seller is selling fake products and myntra showing it as genuine and verified product. Buts its completely fake product this seller is been sallying.
