I've purchased Samsung memory cards from a seller on quikr. Before purchase i asked him whether the product is genuine or not he said yes original samsung cards. But when i got the delivery i found the cards were duplicate those cost not more than ** rupees as the cards are not working in mobile or laptop as well and when i talked to quikr they said we can't help you will have to talk to the seller they gave me the contact number of the seller which is switched off and the seller is not replying on quikr chat what can i do now.
