Dell - Duplicate Product Delivered Not Taking Return

Ordered ** Pcs of Dell Mouse MS*** , Got Delivery but They delivered Duplicate Product of Dell , Now I had raised for return now they are saying we can't approve return on this ground. Kindly Co-ordinate with DELL Customer Care. When I went to them , they are saying we can handle only technical problems not fake/duplicate issues kindly contact to UDAAN from where you have purchased the product.
