Flipkart - Duplicate micro sd card delivered by flipkart

I purchased samsung ***gb evo plus micro sd card from flipkart on **/**/** which they delivered on **/**/**, after installation it was not working so I placed a replacement request to flipkart. On */**/** they delivered the replaced item which was not working again, then flipkart technical team ask me to contact with samsung authorized service center. Samsung service center certified the sd card to be duplicate and provided a denial letter/job sheet, which i attached here. Now flipkart is not providing any replacement or refund for the duplicate sd card, and they are providing any information for my problem.
