TVS Apache - Duped by Authorised dealer

I purchased apache rtr *** dd bike in MAR **** and had strictly told the dealer that i want **** manufactured model and not previous year's. On bill it was mentioned jan **** so i was convinced.

As there was upgradation in rto i got my rc very late around may *st week or so, in that the manufactured month and year is jan ****, a year older than promised. I raised the issue with the dealer at first he told me that he will look into the matter and contact company but kept delaying it every time. After some months he started ignoring my calls and messages.

I lodged the complaint in tvs customer care dept., wrote several mails and even tweeted but till now the problem is not resolved. I tried to check with their app called iride it showed dec ****.

Now i completely sure that the bike is more than a year older than mentioned on the bill and even the color mentioned is wrong. This is a clear case of cheating.
