Dunzo - Dunzo Playing with People s Health Food Items

We had ordered non veg items from Chick Choice Lajpat Nagar thru Dunzo. All items were bad poor quality the order was less than ordered quantity third class food items. Neither Dunzo nor Chick Choice is willing to take any complaints nor refunding the money nor has any apology. They keep asking for images, how can you tell the quality of the food from images. We had to throw out most of the items as they were stale and poor quality. Dont buy from Dunzo or Chick Choice. Money wasted and they are playing with people’s health. It’s been over two weeks and all Dunzo is doing is playing the fool and avoiding the issue.

Acion needs to be taken against Dunzo and Chick Choice and they need to be severely penalized and reprimanded.
