Shlok filed complaint against Dunzo on Oct 12, 2022
I had ordered pasta and basil from a store using dunzo. The pasta was missing from the order and they gave us parsely instead of basil. As a receipt they have only sent an image of packaged goods, with no way to verify what was inside the package. I have attached a picture of what was delivered, with this complaint. Since the pasta was not delivered, there is no way to capture a picture of it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
