Agoda Booking - Due to Red alert i had to cancel the stay

I had to cancel my stay because of Red alert in Hyderabad Telangana. it's not my fault.its natural calamities so if kindly look into it.my funds are already credited by the hotel pearl City High tech hyderabad.i don't mind the change of date..i will manage come next week.
