Sidhartha Sankar Jena filed complaint against Airtel DTH on Jun 5, 2019
As I need a dth connection. I decided for Airtel digital tv. I ordered it online and made payment online. The customer id also generated. The assurance for installation was within ** hours.
But it passes, when I tried to inquire at helpline number. First of all, they used to put the call on hold for several hours then they used to give a horrible reply.
Such are:-
*. Your details are not available at us.
*. Due to unavailability of service engineer the delay in installation. Please hold on.
*. You are not supposed to book via internet, it is the reason for delay.
*. We are just sending the service engineer.
The above * points are some of their examples of the answer. I am mentally harassed now.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
