On **st May i have sent a parcel to my friend in Surat Gujarat from Sivasagar Assam, at first they said it will take * days to deliver, on *th June they didn't deliver it on *th June they updated on their website that the parcel was out for delivery but due to the name and Department not mentioned CIR the parcel cannot be delivered, whereas everything was clearly written on my parcel.
When I contact with my friend in Surat over phone she said no Delivery agent came to her address neither they called her.
Now the question is without reaching out to consignee address how they tell fake and rubbish things on their official website.
I have sent important belongings including a educational document.
Can you feel what kind of trauma they are giving us without any reason. We paid good amount to deliver our products but they not take anyone seriously.
