My shipment was damaged: The parcel received the damaged and the outer box and inside content, both are damaged. Franchisee didn't provide insurance though we asked for it. Is this how your ground staff handles the packages? DID I pay to damage my Aeroplane parts and give to me in damaged condition? I want compensation of RS.**,*** which is the aeroplane parts costs. For proof, the same can be cross-checked with the CCTV footage that DTDC has. I am attaching all the files that I have with me. Disappointed with DTDC.
