I have booked a bus from Trichy to Thrissur on August **, ****. The drop-off point that I had selected is the Thrissur bus stand, and at the time of dropping, the bus driver told me that they wouldn't go to Thrissur and were forced to get down on the Ernakulam Highway.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
