Ola Cab Hyderabad - Driver with learning license

I booked a cab on **/**/** from my home to airport in Hyderabad. Cab came with different driver. As I was in a hurry, I took the cab. The driver looks like minor. He doesn’t know driving at all. He was about to hit pedestrians and other vehicles on the road many times. He hit other vehicles twice. After entering the ORR he was driving the cab like rocket with ***+ kmph and was using any lane he wants. I asked me several times to go slow. At the time of getting down, I asked him DL. First he said he forgot at home. When I told him, let’s go to police, he showed his learning licence and said the car is his uncles car and he is driving it. I took pics of him on the driving seat as well as his learning licence.
