My problem is money refund issue
I have booked my outstation trip on

After completed ride I have informed trip completed OTP to drive but some technical issues in your Ola app bill not generated.
Again drive have call to Ola support and make the new bill.
Problem not from my side, drive have spoke to Ola and tell(***km) but your ola associates listen wrongly and made a wrong bill,
this is very blind mistake additionally added **.** kilometres.
This is the reason I have to pay additional amount to Ola,
why I pay this additional(***/-) charges to Ola
I have continually contact your customers support and *-* times spoken but still my problem not solved yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
