I booked OLA outstation ride booking ID: CRN ********** on **thMay**** to travel on **thMay**** at *AM. After my ride when I saw bill I was surprised looking at Kilometres that was mentioned. My travel distance was less than ***km but OLA charged me for ***KM. I request for genuine investigation as invoice is incorrect and there is forgery in bill with respect to KM charged. I reopened comp *-* times in less than **hrs of bill and requested OLA to provide evidence for excess KM which was charged as I could find around **KM excess has been charged.
Instead of providing evidence and investigating case OLA continue close my compliance saying I travelled for ***KM and billing is correct. I request for to raise case against OLA for forgery and I am sure invoice was incorrect so OLA should be fined for *times invoice amount for not investigating case and putting me under stress.
