I have paid Rs*** in cash to OLA Cab Driver since he has refused to take online payment. But driver has not updated the same in OLA App, hence I am getting regular messages and calls for the payment of Rs. ***.
This is a cheating from driver side.
I have written multiple mails to Ola support team, Ola grievance team and also to nodal offices.
Requesting you to resolve the same
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
