Ola Bangalore - Driver cheated me with 1200 rupees

Dear support team,
yesterday on */**/**** I took ride from Bangalore international airport to NEW BEL Road with my wife and * kids , as we got into the car he asked how iam gone pay I said I have OLA wallet but driver MANJUNATHA humbly requested for cash and said he as no money for fuel , paying through wallet from OLA app takes too much time and humbly insisted through out my ride for cash and even took a longer route inspite me insisting the shorted route . When I reached my destination he said ride amount was **** but it was showing **** when I booked the ride and he asked to do google / phone pay but my transaction as denied due PIN number exipry , now he stated to ask for cash as I dint had cash my wife as to pay **** rupees and even he dint return the remaining amount at this time their was no debit from my wallet after hour or so I got mail and message saying wallet as been debited for the ride taken , I was shocked and called immediately call center Mr . Vikram ola support agent neither was professional nor responsible to give any kind of solution and even said he spoke to driver and driver as denied of receiving cash and asked for driver number he denied of disclosing his number too ,does it make any sense me traveling all the way from Middle East to Bangalore and lie for this petty cash actually it’s not about the money ,my concern it’s all about how OLA is screening these kind of thief to be their business partners . I kindly request please look into this .please find attached invoice for more details .
