Zoomcar host - Downtime Payment

I am writing to express my concern regarding the prolonged delay and lack of response on the issue related to my vehicle, which was delivered on the *th of October. Since then, I have been trying to get in touch with your team regarding the downtime payment ticket I raised.
Despite multiple follow-ups and conversations with the relationship manager, I am being asked to follow up with the garage for the vehicle invoice, which, I am told, has not been submitted yet. This delay is frustrating, especially considering that I had been chasing updates on the vehicle itself from the **th of August until its delivery on the *th of October. Now, I find myself repeatedly following up on the downtime payment as well.
I would appreciate it if you could provide clarity on the status of this issue. If the downtime payment is not going to be processed, I would prefer a straightforward response so that I do not have to waste time continuously reaching out to your team. I have other commitments, and this ongoing follow-up process every few days is proving to be extremely inconvenient.
