Cashify - Double Payment not Refunded

I have purchased iPhone SE **** (Good) from Cashify Store(Kalamboli). The phone condition was good but the payment was made * times. The phone was purchased on * May but today even after * days (** May) the payment is not received. They are saying the Finance Department has not given updates. My extra **,*** Rupees has to be paid back. Really this is sick I call every day but still they are not working toward it. The phone is good but the service is poor. Think before you buy from there.!!
