i have made paymnet to the rider to this rapido account , later he refused to accept that, and told me that account was inactive, and demanded for the payment again to his personal phonepy, again i have made the payment to this personal account

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
