Mayuri Gade filed complaint against Ola Cab on Aug 2, 2021
I had travelled through Ola cab on **/**/** & mode of payment was Cash.
At the time of payment the driver requested me to pay through Gpay. So I initiated the transaction. Amt was debited to my bank account but it was not reflecting in either of our gpay screen. So under the impress the amount is stuck in between, I paid the driver in cash again. Later on when I was trying to locate the refund, I found that the amount stuck was now credited to drivers account on **/**/**. I tried calling the driver for the same but with no luck. I also registered the complaint with OLA but they replied they wont b helping as the complaint was not registered right away on **/**/** itself.
Plz help me get my refund.
