National Testing Agency (nta) - Double payment done by mistake

Hello sir, This is shweta kumari. I filled my neet UG application form ****. My application no. is ************ . Sir, I had made the payment on **th February ****. I was paid twice by mistake from my UPI I'd ( swati******rs@okhdfcbank ) to your UPI ID (nationaltestingagenc.********@okhdfcbank ) . I have also emailed before this. But till now, I have not received the refund of the extra money which was transferred to your UPI ID (nationaltestingagenc.********@okhdfcbank )by mistake.

This is a transaction I'd "************" from which the amount was deducted perhaps by mistake but shown as failed on the Website And .... This is a transaction I'd of gpay "************" from which the amount was deducted and shown transaction success on the website.

I kindly request to you Please pay attention to this, check my UPI I'd , transaction I'd and resolve my problem as soon as possible. In previous email I had sent all the screenshot and details. Again I attach the files . My humble request is Please check it properly. My guardian ask everytime about refund and pressurize me.
