Sathya filed complaint against Airtel on Mar 11, 2021
I applied for a shift in broadband connect from Madurai, TN to Chennai, TN as on first week of December ****. For * weeks the shift didn't happen. After lot of customer call requests also nothing helped. So I went to a near by airtel office and requested for surrender, airtel made me pay the due amount and said in * working days the connection will be disconnected. From the next day on I got frequent calls from airtel requesting reason for surrender and resolution proposals. They continuously called for * times I denied there proposals for * times finally out of frustration agreed to thr request to hold disconnection and swift processing of relocation. With in *days I got a new airtel connection at Chennai and I was communicated the old number can't be transferred and it'll get disconnected. But for * continues months airtel was generating * broadband bills in my name one in Chennai location and another in Madurai. I raised a complaint to airtel regarding the same by January **** and they said the issue will be resolved with * bill on Madurai location. But it's been * months and now airtel guys r after me for not paying the bill and I'm forced to explain my situation to a different person everytime.
