Vasuki Subramanian filed complaint against Airtel DTH on May 19, 2020
Hi Airtel team,
I have purchased dongle(dongle no:**********) on March **th ****. I have paid **** to the below number in Google pay(attached ss for the same).
Number to which the payment is done: ***** *****.
But I have not received any mail confirmation for the payment with which I have to reclaim. It's been * months I am chasing the showroom people but they keep on postponing and now started to cut the call.
Is there any problem in issuing the bills which customer pay?
I have raised * complaint against the showroom but no response.
Showroom location: the Sriram gateway, perungalathur.
Even after informing about my audit query the lady in the showroom is not sending the dongle purchase bill.
