I ordered a cake from India cakes order no :****** ,was waiting for the cake but they haven't delivered till now. While ordering cake I have opted for normal delivery which means free delivery but after few hours of my order they send me an email that I have to pay *** Inr towards delivery. I picked up phone and talked to customer care and then executive agreed for*** inr post cake delivery. But till now no cake and no email and not responding to my messages in the chat.
Dont ever do any cake orders on this site.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
