Domino's India - Domino s Pizza Order not delivered No Refund

I got my order confirmation via email and sms but it was never delivered. I have mailed the customer care and even filled out the form that they are posting as a response to every complaint but they haven't even bothered to reach out (while they claim to resolve issues within ** hours). Ref #**********
