DIlip Samantray filed complaint against DTDC on Mar 20, 2019
The docket H******** booked on **.**.** to Whitefield, Bangalore from Vizag(NAD branch). It wasn't delivered and on repeat chasing with DTDC, it showed that it was delivered on *th Mar. However, when I checked from the recipient, it wasn't delivered at all as the office premise is CCTV monitored with ** hrs security. My efforts with the booking and destination branch to get a receipted challan hasn't been successful. It had many important original documents need to be closed by **th Mar. But I am unable to understand where has it been lost in transit. Please help.
