Dmart - Dmart order failed
Bidhyut roy filed complaint against Dmart on Nov 30, 2022
I had ordered few groceries from ‘Dmart ready’ app. (Order no ********) Online Transaction done through UPI payment app from CITI bank. Amount of Rs ****/- has been debited from my HDFC account and shows that payment done to avenueecom.bd@icici. but still ‘Dmart ready’ app shows payment has failed as they have not received payment. UPI app notification showing that Payment is done to avenueecom.bd@icici (UPI ref ID ************) is attached herewith for your reference.
Trying to contact Dmart but they are not giving any full proof answer.
Request you to please help me get refund of my money as soon as possible.
