So sir i need to complain about this jio shop in tirupur. So I recently lost this simcard and decided to go nd buy the same sim card and saw in google about the fee for buying new sim card. It said it was absolutely free to buy a already existing sim card, If you provide your aadhar details. So after we went, they treated us so harshly and so disrespectfully, and still upto now we didn't know why we got treated in that manner. It was extremely disrespectful. They charged us with extra **rs even though they knew there was a already existing plan. The shop is in tamilnadu, tirupur, railway gate opposite. Please ask them to correct this or else I might file a case against them nd your company.
