Hi sir madam,
I would like to inform you that as per my knowledge the amount of INR **,***.** for the merchant Flipkart Internet PVT Bangalore IN has been debited on dated October **, **** and the same amount has been credited back to my card on dated October **, ****.
I would like to inform you that the transaction of INR **,***.** has been converted into EMI from merchant end.
I would like to request to reverse the decision since my emi has been split into * months.i have been asked to pay unnecessary.
It's been a month since I'm trying to put up my request,but I'm not been getting any result over my dispute over credit card. I'm available only through email.
I have been charged with amount of which i have not purchased and had been receiving email regularly asking me to pay a minimum of *** rupees. I was informed from your team that to pay amount *** to process the request for deactivation of my credit card and they will reverse the charges after concerning their team within * working days.As per their request I had paid *** rupees hoping they will reverse it later and deactivate my card.But instead I got a mail asking to pay another **** within another ** days.
I would like to know if this is the way to extract money from the customers for what they have not purchased.I would like an immediate action into this matter.
