Hdfc Life Insurance - Dispute in cancelling Insurance

i was in communication with cs senthil kumar from hdfc life t-nagar branch office. regarding the cancellation of hdfc life insurance policy, but i do not find our communication is moving towards any progress towards the cancellation process.

i made a clear statement that “i do not want this policy” because the explanation given by (sales rep - umar farooq - kodambakam loan centre branch) is different from the actual policy details later emailed to me. I made this statement very clear to senthil kumar, instead of getting the policy cancelled, he let the policy logged in, i received few calls from hdfc life for verification which i declined.

In the interim i ended up in accepting the policy by mistake via email because i do accepted and took another hdfc ergo housing loan policy. I thought the email verification is for ergo.

we are being called for by senthil to the branch office twice and every time my brother go there, he will leave the office early or get a token to deal with this with the office staff and walk away from office, I condemn his incompetent actions. with the original document for cancellation mr.senthilkumar does not take proper action and waste our time and effort. finally we are advised by hdfc life officer keerthini that due to the policy was logged in August *st **** and we didnt get back to you on time they are unable to help us to cancel the request and even take our cancellation request.

here are some proofs of my communication i made and tried to get the policy cancelled right after i figured the error. whatsapp communication with the cs officer senthilkumar and below is the email train of raising the request to cancel the form through service@hdfclife.com

senthil did not send me forms till date and made us wait for the original document to be given to him, which caused the delay. now when we gove the document he claims he cant help because its been more than a month from the login time. I would like make a statement that mr.senthilkumar, did not communicate the correct cancellation policy to is and made us delay the steps of logging the cancel request. (I feel he is trying to force me take this policy tactically by using hdfc’s policy’s and procedures).
