Samsung - Display Issue

I have bought the samsung flip * two years back then few months back my phone got dead then I visited the samsung service center recently in Vasundhara Ghaziabad,they diagnosed my phone and tell me that there is battery issue and both the batteries need to be replaced and it will cost around **** rupees then I dropped the phone for the repair after two days I got a call that my phone is repaired so I go there and picked up my phone but once I reached home and trying to use it I am facing an issue when I flipped my phone it gets switched off.

Then I visited the service center and they said now there is a display issue and this needs to be changed and it will cost ***** rupees.Literally i got shocked then I asked them to place my old battery and refund my amount of Rs.**** and I will repair my phone once I got budget of Rs.***** as I don't have enough amount to repair my phone at this point of time as there is some severe medical problem in my house but they denied to refund my amount.
