I am using a Samsung S** Plus mobile which I bought in October ****. Recently I updated my mobile to the latest security patch which was officially released and after that update, my mobile display started getting vertical colour lines. I took it to the service center to get it replaced, but they are charging me ***** for none of my mistakes. Even * months back, My mobile charging port got damaged due to the waterlogged into it. As an IP**-rated mobile, how does the water get inside and damage the port? They told me to replace the same for the cost of *,***. They do fake advertisements by showing it as waterproof mobile, but I have just used my mobile during the rain and it got damaged.
