Hello,
Like globally affected people by the screen discoloration issue by updating phone software provide by Samsung, I have been also facing this the same Issue after the September update. My display turned into yellowish and black bars are appearing on display. I have also reported the issue in Samsung's support forum in September. The samsung service center executive told me to wait for further updates, samsung will remove the said software bug of screen discoloration. Till now i have update * times but the display remains the same. Then I visited the service center again on *nd march. There they took pictures of my phone and said we have raised Q&A for your complaint and samsung will contact you in ** hrs to approve your Free of Cost repair. I waited for * days instead of * days but did not got any call from samsung. I visited the center again then they said the Free of cost repair scheme is alredy closed by samsung in december last year. from the service center I called the call center and explained the issue. Then the concerned person keep transfering the calls to his seniors. after transferring the calls to * persons, finally the person said that in any of my visit to the service center, the associate of the service center did not create any job sheet, therefore solution cannot be provided to you. Thereafter, after much struggle from my side he said to wait for * min where he can request the service center to change my display. I waited the whole day but did not get any call. This is complete harassment. Firstly, they provide this bug along with there software update. Secondly when I first visited the service center, did not changed my display, then meanwhile did notified me about any scheme where samsung is planning to change display. Thirdly after my visit, they raised Q&A then again on next visit giving vague reasons as job sheet not created, scheme closed etc.
I've gone through so much mental trauma by using the device with this issue. So, I'm requesting concerned authorities to look into the issue and provide me a needful solution as it has been four months since I've been facing the issue.
