Airtel - Disconnected service during COVID without notice and reassigned phone number linked to Aadhar to ano

AirTel disconnected service to my mobile, the number of which is linked to many of my on-line services (health care, IT, debit cards, banking, Govt services like MCH, Power, Water, Municipality, Senior Citizen), including Aadhar without prior notice. In spite of several requests to restore my service and the number back with pending complaints, AirTel is refusing to restore my service or phone number. A complaint is also filed with DoT as well with Reference: DOTEL/E/****/***** (attached). While its is hard to estimate the monetary damage, it does have far reaching implication on our health and safety. It is likely that somebody can misuse this number leading to identity theft and compromise of our safety and security.
