Every time I had complained through the app for restoration of the internet connection, the complaint ticket or registered number was opened and closed by the technicians with in no time saying the case has been solved. This happened continuosly for more than * weeks. Until I asked for a disconnection. Now they have changed my line to copper line from existing fiber cable connection. This company is capable of keeping you under their control.
