Paisabazaar - Disappointing Service provided

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was taken Paisabazaar Credit Plus service offer for which PaisaBazaar has charged me ₹****/-.
Credit expert called me and advised as below mentioned basic points.
*: Don't return any emi.
*: Don't Settle any loan in future.
*: You can apply for Credit card and then you should maintain billing cycle and grow your cibil score.
Paisabazaar has charged me ₹****/- for this basic information which has already been known to me.
I am very disappointed with this service. so, Please help me to refund my money.
