I booked a hotel in Mysore * months in advance only to get a call from Fab just * week before my travel stating that the booking will be cancelled. The alternative property suggested was not to my satisfaction. So I spoke to the senior Mr Jatin & he suggested that I can book any other hotel & agreed that they will reimburse me the difference of up to ****/-. Now they are not even responding to my emails. Kindly assist.
