Hello There,
My Name is Sachin Pareek. My Registered Mobile Number is **********.
My Order Number is: OD******************
I Have Received a Different Product of Same Brand From Flipkart. I Have Requested For Replacement Three Times But My Request Was Rejected and My Account Was Blocked With Reason Stating "High Number of Returns".
As You can See As a Flipkart Valuable Customer, I Have Not Returned Any Product on Flipkart In Lifetime. My Purchase History Shows *-* Cancelled Orders and These Orders are cancelled by Seller. Only * Order is Cancelled By Me. So The Reason Given For Blocking My Account is Not Valid. Also No Resolution Was Provided By Flipkart Support.
I Have Approached Consumer Helpline on **th May. Same Reason ("High Number of Returns") Was Given By Flipkart and The Issue is Closed on **th May ****.
Now I am Going to File a Case Against Flipkart in Consumer Court As Suggested by Consumer Helpline. I Have All Proofs of Being Cheated By Seller and Flipkart.
I Have Invoice of My Order From Flipkart, in Which The Serial Number of Product and Model Number is Given and The Serial Number is Verified to Be Different Product By Samsung Customer Support. I Am Attaching The Proofs.
I Have Spend Money and My Mental Power on Flipkart. I Can Also Not Purchase AC From Other Store in This Heating Summer. So I Will Also File a Case For Copensation.
Flipkart Senoir Support Transfered My Concern to Escalation Team But I Have Not Received Any Update.
This is a Final Reminder Mail to Flipkart. If No Resolution is Given, I Will Be Going To File a Case Against Flipkart in Consumer Court.
