The product I ordered and the one is Received was completely different. The product I ordered was Athena Women Green Solid Blazer Dress with Puff Sleeves but I received a burgundy color Long dress completely different from the photo and product I wanted. Even after requesting myntra and a lot of customer service calls, the return/refund was declined saying the product wasn't tampered with and the product you received from us is correct. I waited a month for the problem to get resolved but it got declined again and again. Now i cant request for another return because the return period is over.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
