Myntra - Different old product

I ordered one plus blue buds Bluetooth headset of rupees *k worth from Myntra. But what came? An old Liramark earbuds that too without plastic earplug in one earpiece. I immediately called customer care and they created an issue of my order and said to give them ** hours time for resolving the issue. For about * times they called and asked to give ** hours to look into the issue so it took ** days or more to came up with solution and that was my request was denied. My order arrived on ** August and issue was created immediately and today ( i.e *rd September ****) they denied my request. I lost *k.I want to file a complaint on Myntra for the fraud.
