I have ordered "Whirlpool *.* Kg * Star Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine with Heater *** I have ordered "Whirlpool *.* Kg * Star Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine with Heater *** RPM (*** Bloom Wash Pro(***) H *.* Graphite)", Serial Number- ****************. Product was I have ordered "Whirlpool *.* Kg * Star Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine with Heater *** RPM (*** Bloom Wash Pro(***) H *.* Graphite)", Serial Number- ****************. Product was delivered to me on **th October **** and it was installed by Whirlpool technician on **th October ****(Today) where I came to know that this model is not the one which I have ordered as it is missing the heater mode.
Now Tata cliq is denying to replace or refund to me on **th October **** and it was installed by Whirlpool technician on **th October ****(Today) where I came to know that this model is not the one which I have ordered as it is missing the heater mode.

Now Tata cliq is denying to replace or refund
