Dear sir/madam, I ordered a weighing scale from Amazon which was showing rechargeable with usb cable but they delivered a low cost weighing scale that is battery operated.I informed them about this and after * days they are saying that they investigated and delivered right product and cannot be replaced or return.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
