lavanya filed complaint against Swiggy on May 4, 2021
I have ordered * Chocolate Mousse Bomb Pastries from Karachi Bakery Costing Rs. ***.**/- But received * other DIfferent pastries.
I have contacted swiggy customer support immediately for replacement of the product but no response. Immediately sent a mail to them they simply replied " We are sorry that an incorrect order being delivered to you. We will ensure to provide strong feedback to the concerned team to minimize such errors going forward"
Again sent a mail to them for a refund still they replied "We have carefully evaluated the issue based on your complaint, and are saddened to let you know that we were not able to substantiate the claim or close the dispute in your favor. Alternatively, we suggest you rate the restaurant on the platform based on your experience."
Repeatedly facing issues with the Swiggy.. this is the *nd or *rd time I'm facing this type of issue. They just simply say I'm Sorry"
Really waste service they are providing
