I ordered Intex aqua *.* VR+ battery but I received Karboon Battery that too not working.
while using the phone battery % reduced from *** to ** then immediately it got switched off.
I am not able to use the phone more than * hours also.
Yesterday also I tried battery % shown as **% after making single call for * minutes it got switch off automatically.
I verified the battery in keeping it in the other mobile as well. In that mobile also battery is not working as expected.
Problems are keep repeating.
*. When I charge the battery up-to * hours battery percentage not increasing beyond **%. Find the attachment(Battery_percentage).
*. When I charge more than * hours suddenly battery increased to ***%. When I start to using the phone it is slowly reducing.
*. Once the battery percentage reached to **% immediately it shows no charge with *% and the phone switch off automatically.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
