DHFL - Difference of refund amount

We wish to inform you that, after several follow-ups with DHFL as well as insurance company we have received refund amount of Rs. **,*** (Rupees Forty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Only.) on **/**/**** against our sum assured amount of Rs. *,**,*** which is too less as per policy terms of conditions.
As per policy terms written in your group insurance policy clause of refund i.e. whenever customer surrender the policy they will get **% of policy sum assured and what we have received from DHFL Pramerica that is only **% of the policy amount which is not at all acceptable to us.
We request you to kindly go through it and refund difference amount of Rs. **,*** (Rupees Twenty Six Thousand One Hundred Sixty Only) as details given below without any further delay.
