I was purchased red mi * pro mobile in exchange offer on *th november but mobile was not working properly after i complains customer care and was check mobiles threw amazon mobile checking app and approve my mobile is faulty by amazon representative and promise me for replace but not replace me till date i was calling many many time amazon customer care but wrong information provided every time
