Xiaome Mi - didn t refund my amount

on February **rd **** i filed a complaint about mi A* mobile blasted. after * months i got a call from my area mi service manager, he said we replace with new mobile in within ** days and i accepted it. I waited for * months and went to mi service store and asked about my product but didn't give any proper answer to my questions. till now i didn't get new mobile from them. i waited more than * year to get my money back. no answer came from mi company. this is not fair to neglect the customers.
