Abdul Kareem filed complaint against Swiggy on Nov 3, 2022
I have placed an order for some groceries through swiggy they did sent the entire order but the single item from the entire order was missing.when complaint to there support executive they asked me to contact or resolve the issue through their email team.when I mailed them they reverted me by saying they can't refund the amount for the item.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
