Zapvi - Didn t received my order

I placed my order on ** Jan **** on zapvi website and it stated that I can track my order, but the tracker only showed that it will take **-**hr for printing, than * days later I received a message and mail from zapvi stating that my order has been completed and delivered, but I didn't receive any order and now even the tracker doesn't work.
I have been trying to contact zapvi help mail but it's been * days and those guys didn't even respond to any of my mail.
